Schistosomisis transmission must posses: (1) the resources of infection, which are human being or some mammal infected the disease and been disposing eggs to feaces, (2) the ways of infection, that is the resources of infection draining feaces eggs into water and snails growing, development in water. When they contact with infectious water in which contains cercaria, people are infected easily.
