Schistosomisis infection hasn't internal difference in human sex, age and race. The difference of infection rate produced mainly from no equal opportunities of people exposing to infectious water, in addition to nutrition status perhaps. So, women and children should avoid contacting with infectious water in endemic season. On working, women should bear protective shoes and gloves. Children don't swim in endemic areas. They should be treated at time when infected the disease and not excrete feces everywhere.
